A wonderful “nutty” and digestible grain, Spelt is usually well tolerated by those with gluten or wheat intolerance, though it is NOT for persons diagnosed as “celiac.” This is a much denser loaf that our Ezekiel or Honey whole Wheat but it really is equally delicious. Contains ONLY organic Spelt, distilled water, olive oil, local honey, yeast and sea salt.
