German Bratwurst

This is the original German bratwurst
from Bavaria. It goes great with a side dish of sauerkraut, beer and of course football. This sausage combines the tender pork with just the right amount of liver to give it that taste you know and love. Goes great on the grill or you can put them in the oven with some veggies.
